Purisima Mission is one of the most beautiful of the California
missions. It is also one of three administered by the State of
California as a state park. I spent two shooting sessions here with my
daughter Sabrina. She liked this view of the bell tower, along the back
of the mission. I still wonder if a visit in late December would be
worthwhile. I can imagine very nice shadows across the front on the
bell tower as the sun sets over the Pacific Ocean about 4:30PM.
