Story: This window is located at a good friend's house near Bodie, California. The dwellings in this photograph are still occupied and maintained. This was the first image of a long series of doors and windows in my career. I came across the original during a recent look through my old photographs of the eastern Sierra.  Many liked this image in the old darkroom days, so I decided to work on it using the new digital techniques. I am quite pleased with the result.
