I made this photograph recently in Southern California. There are many pier and ocean scenics of the beach areas of the Southland. I had an idea of this image in my "mind's eye" for years. But I wanted a different result from what is seen in galleries around the area. After spending a few years with my Canon, this concept began to take form in the right side of my brains! Some time elapsed before I could arrange my schedule to take advantage of the perfect light. Finally the moment was perfect when I picked up my daughter, Sabrina, at LAX on her Christmas break from Yale. I am quite pleased with the result. This image epitomizes the philosophy of my photography work, "what is important can only seen with the heart, it is invisible to the eye". There are two photographs presented here from the same shooting evening. Which one do you prefer?
Print purchases are a two step process.
STEP 1: You select size and print type (matted print, or canvas). This first payment purchases the unfinished print or a canvas at the price you see at the time of online purchase and it secures your place in our production queue.
STEP 2: We will call you to complete your order with a perfect frame, matting upgrades, glass choices, other customizations, appropriate shipping charges and taxes are applied and with that second and final charge the purchase is complete.
Margaret and Vern both want your purchase to be exactly as you want it. Creating investment worthy photographs for your walls requires our direct personal attention.
